PRIVACY
Early-access privacy principles.
Autobots is being designed for sensitive AI telemetry. This page explains the principles currently communicated for the early-access website and pilot program.
Information submitted through Google Forms
The failure-analysis form is embedded from Google Forms. Information entered there is submitted directly to Google and the form owner under Google's applicable terms and privacy practices. Do not include confidential production data.
How requests are used
The Autobots team uses submitted contact, company, agent, and failure information to evaluate fit and contact you about a potential failure analysis or design-partner pilot.
Product data principles
Initial integrations are intended to be read-only by default. Customer prompts, traces, code, and outputs are not intended to train shared models without explicit permission. Customers should be able to determine what is collected, redacted, retained, or deleted.
Analytics
The site supports configurable Google Analytics 4 measurement for page views and an event confirming that the Google Form embed loaded. The site cannot inspect cross-origin form fields or reliably observe form starts or successful submissions. Form contents are not sent as site analytics event parameters.

Autobots is a placeholder name while the company and product name are finalized. This early-access page should be updated with formal entity, retention, and jurisdiction details before broad public launch.
